so i graduated from college a few years ago, and have made the decision to go back to school and get my master’s degree in gastronomy. i’ll be concentrating in communications, with the intention of getting into food writing, publishing, or possibly working as a professional food and restaurant critic.
this little blog will be my space to record impressions from school, living in the city (i’ll hopefully be moving into boston proper before classes begin in september), reviewing restaurants and dishes made by myself and others, and posting recipes i enjoy.
i’m hoping you’ll enjoy reading too! i’ll always be looking for new things to try cooking – i’m more of a cook than a baker, but i enjoy both. i also always collect restaurant, bistro, bar, pub, and cafe recommendations. i enjoy all types of cuisine, eat both red meat and seafood, and love trying new things. help a girl out and give me new things to try out – i’m always up for it.
